The iCAN Collective is an event studio, business incubator and conference platform for Women of Color in entrepreneurship. We connect Black women entrepreneurs to resources that allow them to create, launch and scale viable businesses. By curating premium events featuring successful business owners to share advice and their entrepreneurial journeys with attendees, we give you the keys to level up your business.
We serve as a supportive platform for our members to grow their businesses by providing access to resources and educational opportunities that are scarce in underrepresented communities.
In Silicon Valley, fewer than 1% of venture-backed startup founders are Black or LatinX. Only 4% of venture capital goes to female founders.
In our first year, we connected over 1,000 entrepreneurs to resources, business opportunities and our most valuable resource, each other.
The iCAN Collective increases awareness and provides opportunities for success, globally, to entrepreneurs beyond traditional means of raising capital, building partnerships, mentorship and professional development.

The Streets Are Talking
One of my best business moments was participating in the #GoalGetHer conference created and hosted by Afenya Pongo Montgomery and the iCAN Collective. It was an amazing opportunity to connect and build with other entrepreneurs, gain inspiration and get educated on local resources for business growth and development. Definitely a must attend event!

“I want to sincerely thank the iCAN Collective for hosting and sponsoring dynamic industry leaders and entrepreneurs! I was fortunate to win a complimentary consultation with major boss lady, Janeen Hill, founder of Soar Strategies Consulting and magic happened! I have since contracted her services to enhance my executive leadership skills and level up!
